What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. To start a return, email us at support@valedrian.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the package. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Defective products are replaced free of charge upon providing photographic evidence. We do not offer exchanges; please place a new order if you need a different item. Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase as long as the order has not entered the packing or shipping stage.
How long does delivery take and what are the shipping costs?
We ship orders within the United States and the United Kingdom. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days, and delivery takes between 5 and 9 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. If you need to change your address or telephone number, please contact us before the order is shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship only to addresses within the United States and the United Kingdom.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can select your preferred payment method during checkout. Additional fees may apply depending on the chosen method, and any costs will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase. We do not accept cash on delivery or bank transfer.
How can I cancel my order?
Because orders are processed quickly, cancellation requests must be made within 3 hours of placing your order and before the order enters the packing or shipping stage. To cancel an order, please email us at support@valedrian.com with your order number.
