Valedrian is a small menswear shop with a deliberately narrow point of view. We do not try to carry everything. We carry loafers, knitwear, tailored trousers, outerwear and the few accessories that go with them — the pieces most men reach for most weeks of the year.

We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. The garments we sell are made by established suppliers and selected by us: we choose what fits the edit, price it against what else is on the market, and stand behind it for thirty days. That is the whole business, and we would rather say it plainly than dress it up.

Valedrian is a trading name of JJ Business, registered in the Netherlands under VAT number NL865322351B01, and ships to the United Kingdom and the United States.

Three questions decide it: does it fit properly, is the cloth what it claims to be, and is the price defensible next to everything else you could buy instead. A piece that fails one of the three does not go in, however well it photographs.

Because we are small, the edit stays small — and it changes when we find something worth adding, not on a schedule somebody else set.
